The article is based on the method of socio-legal analysis. The author proceeds from the position according to which the trajectories of behavior in the youth sphere are significant enough for society and the individual. Such an approach is due to the importance of the socially useful behavior of young people and the legitimate orientation in general among the youth. At the moment, the actual problem is the negative deviant behavior of young people, which is harmful to various relationships, has a destructive effect on other people, and also often leads to devastating consequences of a different nature. In the article, at the socio-legal level, a study of the problem of deviant behavior of young people is carried out.
