Abstract:
Today, in the modern world with the transformation of social relations, it is relevant to reflect such a threat to national security as migration crime. Particular attention should be paid to the composition of the crime under art. 330.2 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, which should be classified as crimes in the field of official document management. For a more effective practice of application, it is necessary to make changes to the disposition, defining the consequences of a criminal act, such as a significant violation of the rights and legitimate interests of citizens or organizations, or the legally protected interests of society or the state.
