Abstract:
The facts are analyzed that can assist in exposing the ideas that have found distribution in educational and journalistic literature, focused on discrediting the activities of the barrage detachments during the Great Patriotic War, which were covered exclusively in a negative way. The main directions of falsification of the activities of the barrage detachments are determined, scientific means and methods of overcoming contradictory or distorted perception and evaluation of known historical facts about the activities of the barrage detachments during the Great Patriotic War are demonstrated.
