ON THE IMPLEMENTATION OF ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE TECHNOLOGIES: THE CONSTITUTIONAL AND LEGAL ASPECT

Abstract:
The presented article is devoted to determining the current state of the level of information support of the state, as well as identifying areas of legal regulation and application of artificial intelligence technologies from the perspective of constitutional law in relation to the current Constitution of the Russian Federation and the fundamental values of the constitutional system and the legal status of the individual. It is noted that the provisions of the Constitution of the Russian Federation enshrine a broad interpretation of the term «personality», which includes not only the person himself, but also a highly developed artificial intelligence. According to the author, the constitutional-legal status of advanced artificial intelligence should correspond to the content of the constitutional-legal status of a person and a citizen.
