THE TACTICS OF CONFRONTATION IN THE INVESTIGATION OF GROUP CRIMES

Abstract:
Based on the analysis of the legal literature and generalization of judicial practice, the article offers tactical recommendations for conducting a confrontation during the investigation of gang crimes. The organizational and tactical basis of using video conferencing in the production of this investigative action is investigated, and the factors determining the possibility of two investigators participating in a confrontation at the same time are considered.
