Provided a comparative legal analysis of the bilateral treaties of the Russian Federation with individual Arab states, which regulate issues of cooperation in the field of combating crime. It is stated that there are both standard approaches to consolidating forms of cooperation and norms reflecting regional specifics. The article also raises the problems of interaction based on the existing legal framework in the context of significant differences between individual Arab states in the social, economic and political spheres. Conclusions are formulated about the prospects for the development of international legal regulation on combating crime at the present stage.
