Abstract:
Considered private-legal aspects of anti-terrorist security of facilities, as well as features of civil law manifestation of anti-terrorist protection. On the basis of the identified elements the correlation of private-legal antiterrorist protection of objects with similar activities of public-law subjects is established, which allows citizens and organizations to use appropriate legal means aimed at ensuring the protection of objects belonging to them by right of ownership or on other legal grounds.
Considered private-legal aspects of anti-terrorist security of facilities, as well as features of civil law manifestation of anti-terrorist protection.
