The problems that stood in the way of the establishment of the Bar, which are the brightest example of continuous struggle, are studied. Looking back at the path traveled by the Bar from the beginning of its formation to the present day, one can clearly see all the complexities of social and legal quests of Russia. Russia was not the only country with strange prejudices against the lawyer. The chosen period of the study is also interesting because it covers the state of the Bar during and after the judicial reform of 1864.
