The topic of countering the facts of remote fraud associated with financing extremist activities is extremely relevant at the present time and requires a modern look at various problems in this area. This article reflects a statistical sample of crimes in the relevant area, presents innovative ways to solve problem definitions. The authors attempted to resolve the contradictions in the legislation and present measures to counter the facts of remote fraud.
