The problem of adolescent aggression and deviant behavior has been one of the most important in criminology, pedagogy, and social psychology for many years. Recently, this problem has been actualized in connection with the popularization of such youth subcultures as «furry fandom», «quadrobica», «therianthropy». All these groups of people are united by a passion for animals. New teenage hobbies attract the attention of Russian officials, and there are calls in the media space to ban these subcultures, recognizing them as destructive.
