Abstract:
The legal grounds for countering the illegal activities of foreign agents in modern conditions. The current state of the legal regulation of the activities of the Department of Internal Affairs in the prevention and control of administrative offenses and illegal acts involving foreign agents has been studied. The disagreements and contradictions of the current administrative, criminal legislation and other legal acts regulating the activities of the Department of Internal Affairs in countering the considered torts have been revealed. Proposals have been worked out to improve legislative rulemaking in order to effectively counter administrative offenses and crimes committed by foreign agents by units of internal affairs bodies.
