Abstract:
Discusses issues related to the «Safe City» agro-industrial complex program implemented from 2005 to the present. A lot has changed: the concept, the technical solutions used, and departmental subordination have changed. Naturally, in this matter, many problems had to be solved and many mistakes were made. The results of extensive work on the analysis of typical difficulties that had and still have to be solved during the construction of complex analytical systems and situational centers will be useful in the future. The Safe City agro-industrial complex should be an integraction platform capable of consolidating data from multiple systems.
