Abstract and keywords
Abstract:
Daws attention to the rarely touched upon in criminal-procedural science problematic issues related to ensuring the proper performance of duties by participants in criminal proceedings. Duties are shown as an important component of the content of criminal-procedural relations, along with another element - rights. Based on scientific views and law enforcement practice, it was concluded that the proper performance by participants in criminal proceedings of their duties in the form of necessary and proper behavior, which they cannot refuse, is ensured in full only through procedural coercion and exclusively by competent state bodies and officials.
