The application of measures of forced expulsion to foreign citizens in the Russian Federation and foreign countries is an urgent topic in the field of migration, since illegal migration has become a global problem. The article considers the problems of imperfection of international and domestic legislation, the lack of a well-established mechanism and contradictions in the organisation of forced expulsion of a foreign citizen from the state.
