The current state of the organizational basis of the prosecutor’s office’s activities to ensure national security in the field of migration is considered, a range of relevant regulatory and other documents is determined, and an analysis of their most significant provisions is undertaken. Based on the results of the review, a reasonable conclusion is drawn about the sufficiency of the organizational and legal framework for the high-quality performance of the supervisory function by the prosecutor’s office in the field of public relations under study.
