An attempt has been made to give a detailed description of abolitionism as a mechanism for exercising the constitutional rights of participants in a special military operation. On its basis, the definition of abolitionism is formulated, the algorithm of its implementation in law enforcement practice is revealed. Along the way, emphasis is placed on the social significance of abolitionism as a form of social reconciliation and the manifestation of an active patriotic position by Russian citizens in the context of military confrontation with the West.
