The mechanism of legal regulation of the circulation of civilian weapons is considered on the example of foreign countries, which makes it possible to expand the understanding of the topic under study, as well as the specifics of the legislation of a number of countries. Provisions have been developed to improve the legal system, which are mainly presented by studies of private and individual cases of the functioning of this mechanism, as well as methods for introducing the theoretical foundations of civilian arms trafficking into the practice of teaching the discipline «Fire training».
