One of the key factors of the Bolsheviks’ success was large-scale mass agitation and propaganda work, covering all segments of the population. In the conditions of an acute political and socio-economic crisis, the government not only resisted, but also significantly strengthened thanks to these efforts. In the course of the work, an analysis of various leaflets related to mobilization was carried out. Their common features and characteristic features were revealed, which made it possible to better understand how they influenced the audience and what goals they pursued. This approach helps to better understand the effectiveness and importance of leaflets as a propaganda and communication tool in a historical context.
