The article analyzes the prerequisites of scientific approaches to the creation of artificial intelligence, considers prospects of its use as a key component of the general vector of human development. The problematic issues related to the application of AI as an innovative tool for organizing research activities, as well as the processing, analysis and generation of test files are separately outlined.
