Abstract:
The article attempts to comprehensively study the problem of optimizing the adaptation of persons released from prison in order to prevent the re-commission of crimes. Particular attention is paid to the development of practical proposals affecting the regulatory and organizational aspects of the issue of interaction between the institutions of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia and the territorial bodies of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, which can increase the effectiveness of crime prevention.
