The current situation in the field of science studying the psyche, personality behavior, including those prone to deviant behavior, can be designated as requiring extensive research in the areas of «personality-personality», «personality-group», «group-group», «group-society». The complication of social processes, the increase in conflicts in society, the emergence of new types of deviant behavior, the abuse of manipulative techniques, disregard for international norms and rules, the manifestation of indifference to «others», aggressiveness and hostility necessitate the correction of curricula and programs, the development of new methods and techniques for studying the psyche © Шарафутдинова Н. В., 2023 and behavior of the individual, the introduction of new information and communication technologies and means of influence-counteraction, development of new regulatory legal acts and measures for the prevention and correction of deviant behavior of the individual. The effectiveness of the professional activity of psychologists, specialists of one of the most complex types of professions «man-man» largely depends on the knowledge of psychology, including the psychology of deviant behavior, the ability to apply this knowledge in practice; on the ability of the organizers of educational, educational, developmental processes to timely set new (adjusted) goals and objectives for updating new knowledge and the formation of new professional skills, skills, competencies. Currently, society does not pay enough attention to correcting existing methods of working with the problems of deviant behavior of individuals and groups; combining the efforts of social institutions, societies, countries to work with deviant behavior of individuals. This material is devoted to topical issues of psychology of deviant behavior of an individual and a group in the system of training new personnel. The article reflects the results of the diagnosis of the personality's tendency to deviant (deviant) behavior, recommendations on the organization of preventive measures are given.
