The materials of judicial practice on some grounds of deprivation of parental rights are analyzed, in particular, the practice of the courts of appeal, which managed to find in the decisions of lower courts an erroneous interpretation and application of the norms of the Family Code of the Russian Federation, an incorrect assessment of the circumstances of the case. The peculiarities of the application of the grounds for deprivation of parental rights in case of alimony evasion are investigated, the expediency and reasonableness in choosing the right measure of responsibility are analyzed.
