The article deals with the problematic issues of handwriting examination arising in connection with the intensive development of digital technologies and the provision of new types of handwriting objects for research. Therefore, there is a need to update the theoretical and methodological aspects of judicial handwriting, depending on the characteristics of new types of handwriting implementations.
