Abstract:
The article discusses the possibility of qualifying offenses committed using the Fast Payment System as offenses committed using electronic means of payment. The author positively assesses this possibility and formulates the conclusion that there are currently a number of measures and tools aimed at minimizing the negative effect of offenses committed using the Fast Payment System.
