Abstract:
The geopolitical situation that has developed in recent years, increasing sanctions pressure, constant challenges and threats to the economic system necessitate the search for opportunities for the development of the Russian Federation. Now our country has chosen the path of transition from export-raw materials to industrial and innovative development. A successful policy of financial incentives for import substitution and exports will contribute to the development of all domestic production, the creation of the latest Russian high technologies, improving product quality, attracting highly qualified workers, modernizing the educational and scientific sphere, and achieving an effective system of state support.
