Electronic registration of property rights is a relatively new tool for regulating property relations. In the age of innovation, absolutely all sectors of the economy are being modernized and improved with the help of financial technologies. This article considers trends in the development of electronic registration of property rights in the Russian Federation, which will help to solve modern economic problems, such as slow processes of document execution, high level of inaccessibility of information, many technical problems, the influence of the human factor and much more. Proposals for the use of blockchain technologies in state registries will help to automate processes and create a database that will be as transparent and reliable as possible. These areas of the economy require further theoretical research and effective development.
