Abstract:
We are on the threshold of cardinal transformations of the existing world order, on the threshold of global technological changes. This implies a revision of the functioning of all management systems in politics, fundamental and applied research, education, health care, the real sector of the economy, the financial system, etc. Now, with a high degree of certainty, it can be said that the world economics after a series of systemic crises is at a bifurcation point, and, therefore, the path of further development of the entire civilization is uncertain. The world community is now actively discussing issues related to the cardinal changes that occur with the existing socio-economic development model. Therefore, the issues of sustainability of the Russian economy in the conditions of globalization and transformation of the world order are more relevant than ever. Identification of internal and external factors affecting the vector and dynamics of Russia’s development will allow us to conduct a policy adequate to the ongoing changes and perspective that can contribute to strengthening the sustainability of the Russian economy and its adaptation to changing conditions in the world economy.
