STRATEGIC PLANNING OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA IN THE PRISM OF NATIONAL DEVELOPMENT

Abstract:
An analysis of the strategic planning system of the Republic of Indonesia from the point of view of national development was carried out. The study examined the mission and functions assigned to the Ministry of National Development Planning, the regulations for the interaction of the ministry with other departments, as well as the assessment of their activities according to the following indicators: key performance indicators for achieving strategic goals and indicators of organizational effectiveness. The analysis showed that a clearly structured hierarchy and performance assessment system make it possible to successfully perform functions to achieve the strategic goals of national development. Thanks to this, the Indonesian Government is effectively implementing plans for the country’s national strategic development.
