Abstract:
The current legal state of regulation of real estate (immovable property) as an object of civil legal relations on the basis of existing conceptual provisions of the theory of objects of civil rights and proprietary law. The authors consider a number of theoretical and practical problems arising in the subject area of the study, identify the causes and conditions of their occurrence, state the authors’ position regarding the solution of these problems within the framework of optimization of the current civil legislation.
