The article examines the official activities of law enforcement officers, which take place under high psycho-emotional stress. While on business trips, employees are exposed to increased physical and emotional stress. All this does not go unnoticed and leaves a dominant trace, which manifests itself in official and daily activities. Many studies show that after long business trips that take place in special conditions of service, employees often have an increased or impaired level of activation of psychophysiological processes. Serving with a weapon and the possibility of its use in the detention of offenders also has a great impact on the state of increased excitability of the nervous system. The main task of the teaching staff of educational organizations of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia is the competent training of personnel to act in a complicated situation with increasing risk. When training employees, it is necessary to practice not only actions when using physical force, special means and weapons in accordance with regulatory legal acts, but also artificially create stressful situations by solving introductory complicating tasks.
