Regulatory legal acts of the Russian Federation and the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia regulating the procedure for accounting and storage of ammunition, explosives and explosive devices seized from illegal circulation were analyzed to identify and assess contradictions. The legal regulation of the issue of their accounting, storage is proposed on the example of the procedure for organizing work in the department of explosion and fire and technical research of the ECC of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for Moscow.
