The article undertakes a theoretical research on the subject of Russian prosecutors’ services activities on ensuring national security in the field of migration, contains a brief description of contemporary scientific views on the issue studied and provides a legal comparative analysis of provisions of a number of laws which compose the contents of the subject of the activity in question. The outcomes of the research resulted in promoting a complex author’s definition of the term «the subject of prosecutor’s services activity on national security ensuring in the field of migration».
