The article proposes the development of scientific ideas about the role of technological sovereignty in ensuring economic security, including by clarifying key categories and their interrelationships, analyzing the values and dynamics of indicators of scientific and technological security, and identifying factors that raise questions about strengthening technological sovereignty in the economic security system. It is proved that technological sovereignty should be considered systematically, it is not just a set of indicators of production in strategic sectors of the economy, but implies the need to complete scientific research, consolidate scientific priority (national interests) and proactive participation in the creation of competitive technologies.
