Abstract:
The article discusses the changes in the experimental model of domestic higher education transformation introduced by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation at the beginning of this year, and presents proposals for the new edition of the Federal Law «On Education in the Russian Federation» being developed by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation, taking into account the experience of developing new generation Federal State Educational Standards for Higher Education.
