Рассматриваются правовые средства введения санкций ЕС против России и Ирана. Рассматриваются основные решения Совета ЕС, являющиеся правовой основной двух санкционных режимов. Авторы применяют сравнительно-правовой метод для анализа схожих и различающихся характеристик санкций, введенных против двух стран, выделяя общее и особенное. Кроме того, авторы приводят пример некоторых эффективных средств борьбы с введенными ограничениями.
