the article examines the theoretical and legal foundations of administrative procedures in the context of digitalization implemented by the internal affairs bodies of the Russian Federation. In this context, it is noted that digital transformation inevitably affects all spheres of life of the population. The study also highlights a number of problematic aspects that arise when implementing administrative procedures of the Department of Internal Affairs in the context of digitalization and suggests possible ways to resolve them.
