The impact of globalization on the safety of minors in the digital environment is analyzed. The positive and negative aspects related to the use of information space by children are considered. The role of the state in ensuring the safety of minors is defined, the need for timely improvement of legislation is indicated, and the importance of public and private initiatives aimed at creating a safe digital environment for minors is highlighted.
