When analyzing the development of other criminal law measures, it's worth noting the Soviet period, which became significant in the development of criminal law institutions and marked a shift away from repressive measures toward the humane principles of criminal law. Social protection measures became known as other criminal law measures. The article focuses on educational measures for minors, the development of workhouses, the possibility of compensation for harm caused, and the treatment of drug addicts and alcoholics.
