Abstract:
The problems related to the improvement of the functions of the general theory of forensic examination in the context of the use of innovative technologies, the introduction of new terms and conceptual apparatus are considered. Great importance is attached to the competence and competence of an expert in the new conditions when using modern technologies, the revision and knowledge of which are necessary regardless of the status of the expert: public or private, in order to conduct a qualified expert study of new objects and traces.
