In modern scientific research and policy documents raise the issue of transforming all areas of public life through the introduction of digital technologies. While such transformation is targeted and subject-specific in certain areas, based on unified approaches, principles, and rules, and subject to common conditions (such as the management of property and new business models), it presents significant challenges in other areas. One of these problematic areas is criminal proceedings, the digital transformation of which is complicated by many factors, including the need to assess the potential of such transformation in terms of its impact on corruption risks and the suppression of corruption in criminal proceedings.
