ON MEASURES TO PREVENT CYBERCRIME AT THE PRESENT STAGE, THE PROBLEMS OF THEIR IMPLEMENTATION, THE USE OF ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE AND OTHER DIGITAL TECHNOLOGIES

Abstract:
The article is devoted to the analysis of the system of cybercrime prevention measures. General social and special criminological measures are considered. It is emphasized that the effective prevention of cybercrime requires the broad participation of civil society institutions, the development of public-private partnerships and the formation of a culture of digital security as an element of citizens' legal awareness. It is important to implement technical measures, which include the introduction of monitoring and early detection systems for cyber threats, and the use of artificial intelligence technologies to predict and prevent cybercrimes. Organizational measures include improving the activities of specialized units to combat cybercrime, training personnel with the necessary knowledge and skills to prevent, identify and investigate cybercrime.
