Abstract:
Modern realities pose serious challenges for internal affairs agencies to update approaches to legal regulation in the field of migration. In this regard, the issues of training personnel for internal affairs agencies with both deep theoretical knowledge in the field of constitutional law, human and civil rights and freedoms, and proven skills in implementing practical activities are of particular importance. The article is aimed at developing a number of proposals for improving the training of employees of migration departments in the academic disciplines of the public law cycle, taking into account the incorporation of the educational element in conducting classes.
