Abstract:
The ideological components of modern criminal procedure law are considered through an in-depth study of the current legislation, based on the principles enshrined in the country's Constitution. The concept of «factor of ideology» in criminal proceedings is formulated, which is necessary for further research and practical application; its constituent elements and their structure are determined. The presented conclusions are based on the analysis of the opinions of leading Russian experts in the field of procedural law, reflected in the scientific literature regarding the formation of state legal ideology in the field of criminal proceedings.
