One of the doctrinal discussions is considered - about the possibility of the existence of obligations with non-property content. Such an opportunity was noted by pre-revolutionary scientists, they talked about it in Soviet times. Currently, in the domestic doctrine, the dominant (most common) position is still about the exclusively property nature of obligations. Proponents of the existence of non-property obligations point to traditional organizational contracts as contractual examples, including a preliminary contract, a corporate contract, a master contract, etc. As examples, agreements are also called to refute information discrediting honor, dignity and business reputation and others. Criticizing this approach, scientists mainly refer to the impossibility of applying sanctions to non-property obligations. One of the common ideas that determines the strictly property nature of any obligation is also the idea that through the obligation there is a turnover (exchange of goods). Conclusions are formulated based on assumptions about the existence of an obligation with non-property content.
