In light of the question of how to integrate products created by artificial intelligence into the economic system, it is necessary to find an answer to the problem of legal ownership of these objects. Human behavior is influenced by biological nature, while artificial intelligence lacks a physical nature and its own will. In the case of legal entities, which are considered fictitious constructs in certain legal systems, responsibility for their actions always rests with individuals. It is impractical to consider artificial intelligence as a subject of civil legal relations, as this could hinder the theoretical definition of its legal personality, which is a key element for creating relevant legal norms.
