The modern educational environment requires students not only to acquire knowledge, but also to develop personal qualities as the main element of successful professional activity. This is especially true for students studying in psychology-related fields, where emotions, socialization, and personal motivations play a key role in their future professional development. This article discusses various psychological and pedagogical approaches aimed at stimulating personal motivation for professional growth among psychology students during their studies at the university.
