This article aims to assess the effectiveness of implementing and utilizing multimedia demonstration in the process of teaching standing joint locks to cadets of educational institutions under the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation. The study was conducted at the Department of Physical Training of the Moscow University of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia named after V.Y. Kikot. The research included several stages: preparatory, initial diagnostics, video training, and final diagnostics. Eight techniques were evaluated based on execution time and the number of errors. The results confirmed the effectiveness of using multimedia technologies in improving both the speed and accuracy of technical performance.
