The phenomenon of reflexive self in natural-scientific, philosophical, pedagogical and managerial context is analyzed. The essence of the operational component of the theoretical model of this phenomenon in subjects of educational activity is disclosed. An empirical analysis of the correlations of the indicators of this component was carried out, which helped to present the results indicating the own unique experience of each subject of educational activities, and to show the significant role of the operational component in the development of reflective self.
