MODERN APPROACHES TO THE FORMATION OF PSYCHOLOGICAL SAFETY IN EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS

Abstract:
The article is devoted to the consideration of modern approaches to ensuring psychological safety of the personnel of educational organizations in the event of probable terrorist risks. The subject of the analysis are psychological and organizational factors that affect the ability of employees to promptly respond to possible threats, maintain emotional balance and support a stable environment. As a methodological basis, a comparative analysis of scientific papers was used, as well as a content analysis of works describing the conditions for the formation of stress resistance and systemic interaction within the team. The main result of the article is to identify the factors that determine the effectiveness of preventive work and increase the coherence of actions in case of sudden alarm signals. It is shown that only with the simultaneous development of emotional-volitional qualities, legal literacy and the communication aspect can we achieve a stable readiness of employees for critical situations. The results have practical applicability for the heads of schools, colleges and universities, as well as for psychologists and teachers seeking to implement models of sustainable response. The final part formulates conclusions and recommendations that contribute to the further improvement of security systems.
