Abstract:
Provides a comprehensive analysis of the influence of social networks on the formation and spread of deviant behavior in modern society. Based on the analysis of empirical data and theoretical studies, a statistically significant relationship is confirmed between the active use of online platforms and various forms of deviance, which are reflected in the current criminal legislation of the Russian Federation.
